No, prior experience is not necessary. Our gym offers classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

What should I wear to Muay Thai training?

You should wear comfortable athletic clothing, such as shorts and a t-shirt. We require you to train barefoot.

What is a typical Muay Thai class like?

Our typical Muay Thai class involves warm-up exercises, technical instruction on striking and defensive techniques, pad work, bag work, and conditioning exercises. Classes may also include sparring and clinching, depending on the level and focus of the class.

How often should I train in Muay Thai?

We provide basic equipment, such as gloves, pads, and bags. However, we recommend purchasing your own equipment, including hand wraps, gloves, shin guards, and a mouthguard, for hygiene and comfort reasons.
